If you are not an authorized requester of data, public information is made available in the Enrollment and Term End Reports.
If you are an authorized requester and have a data request not fulfilled by the Enrollment and Term End Reports, please complete the Data Request Form.
If your data request involves confidential student data and university research, please read the Procedure to Request Confidential Student Data in Support of University Research.
If you received an email from the registrar's office and have data to pick up, please go to the Data Pickup. Note: to pick up data, you will need to log in with your MSU NetID and password.
Note: All data requests are subject to approval and compliance with FERPA(Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) and University policy. Michigan State University does not release student names and addresses for commercial purposes.
