3/13/2006 Scheduled Enrollment begins for Summer 2006.
3/25/2006 Open Enrollment begins for Summer.
4/13/2006 Peliminary Graduate Assistantship lists due in the RO.
4/17/2006 Initial billing statements for Summer 2006 are available electronically in STUINFO.
5/1/2006 First Enrollment Certification transmission to Clearinghouse.
5/3/2006 Initial minimum tuition and fee payment due for Summer 2006.
5/12/2006 Recess/Dismiss lists from Spring are due from A/A Deans to the RO.
5/15/2006 Classes begin for the Full and First half of Summer 2006.
5/15/2006-8/18/2006 Students who enroll on the first day of a Summer class will be assessed a $50 late enrollment fee. (Enrollment after the middle of the course term of instruction will result in a late enrollment fee of $100.)
5/15/2006-8/18/2006 NOTE: SUMMER SESSION REFUND DATES CAN BE FOUND BY CLICKING ON THE COURSE SECTION NUMBER IN THE WEB SCHEDULE OF COURSES AT WWW.REG.MSU.EDU
5/16/2006 Last day to change to or from CR/NC or Visitor status for 2006 First Summer Session classes.
5/17/2006 Close of free add period for First Summer Session classes.
5/17/2006 If you are graduating Summer 2006, you must complete and submit a Graduation Application on the web at www.reg.msu.edu.
5/19/2006 Close of free add period for Full Summer Session classes.
5/19/2006 Last day to change to or from CR/NC or Visitor status for 2006 Full Summer Session.
5/19/2006 Second Enrollment Certification transmission to Clearinghouse.
5/25/2006 Deficiency Lists and Final Certification forms delivered to colleges.
5/29/2006 Memorial Day observed -- University closed.
6/7/2006 MIDDLE of the First Summer Session. Last day for withdrawal or dropping First Session courses with no grade reported.
6/8/2006 Final Degree Listings for Spring distributed to colleges.
6/9/2006 Currently enrolled Undergraduate, Ag Tech and Vet Tech students who have not enrolled for Fall 2006 classes by 8 p.m. are subject to a $50 late enrollment fee.
6/16/2006 Final date to initiate withdrawal from the University for First Summer Session courses.
6/16/2006 Degree candidates notified of holds.
6/29/2006 Classes end for the First Summer Session.
6/30/2006 MIDDLE of the Full Summer Session: last day for withdrawal or dropping Full Session courses with no grade reported. Special Session middle of the term dates are calculated separately. Call the Registrar`s Office 355-3300.
7/3/2006 Third Enrollment Certification transmission to Clearinghouse.
7/4/2006 Independence Day Observed-- University Closed
7/5/2006 Classes begin for the Second Summer Session.
7/6/2006 Last day to change to or from CR/NC or Visitor Status for Second Summer Session classes.
7/7/2006 Close of free add period for Second Summer Session classes.
7/7/2006 Deficiency lists for bachelor & professional degree candidates due in the RO.
7/27/2006 MIDDLE of the Second Summer Session. Last day for withdrawal or dropping Second Session courses with no grade reported.
8/4/2006 Final date to initiate withdrawal from the University for the Full Summer Session.
8/18/2006 Classes end for the Full and Second half Summer Sessions.
8/18/2006 Fourth Enrollment Certification transmission to Clearinghouse.
8/19/2006-8/22/2006 Online grading available to instructors for FULL & 2nd sessions 10 am 8/19 through 4 pm 8/22. Grades not reported by 4 pm 8/22 can not be included in term end official University reporting. Other subterm grades due 4 pm 5 days after the class ends.
8/25/2006 Deadline for graduate degree candidates to turn in theses/dissertations to The Graduate School for Summer 2006.
