2/25/2005 Approximate date that Commencement information will be sent to Graduate degree candidates for Spring and Summer.
3/11/2005 Approximate date that Commencement information will be sent to Undergraduate degree candidates for Spring and Summer.
3/14/2005 Scheduled Enrollment for Summer 2005 begins
4/14/2005 Preliminary Graduate Assistantship Lists are due in Registrar`s Office.
4/18/2005 Initial billing statement for Summer 2005 available on STUINFO. Paper bills will not be mailed.
5/4/2005 Initial minimum tuition and fee payment for Summer 2005 due ($50 late fee assessed after this date).
5/13/2005 Recess/Dismiss lists from last semester are due from A/A Deans to the Registrar`s Office.
5/16/2005 Classes begin for Full and First Summer Session 2005
5/16/2005-8/18/2005 Students who enroll on the first day of a class will be assessed a $50 late enrollment fee. Enrollment after the middle of the course term of instruction will result in a late enrollment fee of $100.
5/16/2005-8/18/2005 On-line grading for Summer subterms OTHER THAN full and 2nd session available to instructors by 10 a.m. the day after the class ends through 4 p.m. 5 days after the class ends. (See Grade Reporting Schedule in Instructor Systems.)
5/18/2005 Close of open add period (8 p.m.), and last day to change to or from CR/NC or Visitor by 5 p.m. in the Registrar`s Office -- for First Summer Session.
5/20/2005 Close of open add period (8 p.m.), and last day to change to or from CR/NC or Visitor by 5 p.m. in the Registrar`s Office -- for Full Summer Session.
5/26/2005 End of tuition refund period--no refund after this date (1/4 of session) for First Summer Session. (Special Session refund periods are computed separately. Contact Registrar`s Office 355-3300.)
5/26/2005 Deficiency Lists & Final Certification forms delivered for Summer
5/30/2005 Memorial Day Observed -- University closed.
6/8/2005 End of tuition refund period--no refund after this date (1/4 of semester) for Full Summer Session. (Special Session refund periods are computed separately. Contact Registrar`s Office 355-3300.)

6/9/2005 Final Degree Listings distributed for Spring semester.
6/17/2005 Final date to initiate withdrawal from the University for First Summer Session.
6/17/2005 Degree candidates for Summer notified of Holds.
6/30/2005 Classes end for First Summer Session 2005 -- Final exams held last class day.
7/1/2005 MIDDLE of Full Summer Session 2005 -- $100 late enrollment fee assessed after this date for first-time enrollees. (Special Session Middle of Term dates computed separately. Contact Registrar`s Office 355-3300.)
7/4/2005 Independence Day -- University Closed
7/5/2005 Classes begin for Second Summer Session 2005
7/7/2005 Close of open add period (8 p.m.), and last day to change to or from CR/NC or Visitor by 5 p.m. in the Registrar`s Office -- for Second Summer Session.
7/8/2005 Deficiency Lists for Summer bachelor and medical degree candidates due in Registrar`s Office.

8/5/2005 Final date to initiate withdrawal from the University for Full and Second Summer Sessions.
8/18/2005 Classes end for Full and Second Summer Sessions 2005--Final exams held last class day.
8/19/2005-8/22/2004 Online grading available to instructors for FULL & 2nd sessions 10 am 8/19 through 4 pm 8/22. Grades not reported by 4 pm 8/22 can not be included in term end official University reporting. Other subterm grades due 4 pm 5 days after the class ends.
8/23/2005 ASUS Reports ready for pickup.
8/26/2005 Final Certifications for graduate degree candidates due in RO.
8/26/2005 Recess/Dismiss lists from Summer semester due from A/A Deans to RO.
