4/3/2009 Enrollment begins for Fall 2009 and Spring 2010.
5/2/2009 Open Enrollment begins for Fall 2009 and Spring 2010.
6/13/2009-7/26/2009 Enrollment system is not available to returning undergraduate, Agricultural Technology, and Vet Tech students while AOP is in progress.
8/31/2009 In-coming Freshman can change their schedule on 8/31/09.
11/13/2009 Currently enrolled undergraduate, Agricultural Technology, and Vet Tech students who have not enrolled for Spring 2010 by 8 p.m. are subject to a $50 late enrollment fee.
11/13/2009 Currently enrolled graduate and professional students, and teacher interns, who have not enrolled for Spring 2010 by 8 p.m. are subject to a $50 late enrollment fee.
11/14/2009 Initial tuition billing statements for Spring 2010 are available electronically on STUINFO (no paper bills are mailed).
12/11/2009 Initial minimum tuition & fee payment due for Spring 2010 -- $50 ($20 for amounts due of $0-$100) late fee is assessed after this date.
1/5/2010 First Spring Enrollment Certification run for transmission to the Clearinghouse.
1/8/2010 Recess/Dismiss lists from last semester due from A/A Deans to the RO.
1/11/2010 Late enrollment fee ($100) begins for first-time Fall enrollees and returning students.
1/11/2010 Classes begin for Spring semester 2010
1/15/2010 Degree candidates for Spring and Summer should apply for graduation by this date - www.reg.msu.edu
1/15/2010 On-line open add period ends at 8 p.m.
1/15/2010 Last day to change to or from CR/NC or Visitor -- must be done in the Registrar`s Office by 5 p.m.
1/18/2010 Martin Luther King Day -- no classes. University is open.
1/18/2010 Second Spring Enrollment Certification run for transmission to the Clearinghouse.
2/4/2010 End of tuition refund period--no refund after this date. NOTE: Special Session refund dates can be found by clicking on the course section number in the web Schedule of Courses at www.reg.msu.edu.
2/8/2010 Final Degree Listings distributed for previous semester.
2/8/2010-2/19/2010 Academic Progress Reports are available on the web for instructors, and APR information must be entered on the web by 02/19/10.
2/15/2010 Third Spring Enrollment Certification run for transmission to the Clearinghouse.
2/19/2010 Deadline for instructors to enter APR information on the web.
2/26/2010 Approximate date that Commencement invitations will be sent to GRADUATE degree candidates & information about participation (for degree candidates & families) will be available on the web at www.commencement.msu.edu.
3/3/2010 MIDDLE of Semester--last day for withdrawal or dropping courses with no grade reported, $200 late enrollment fee assessed after this date for first-time enrollees, close of on-line drops for Spring--8 p.m.
3/3/2010 Final date to report completion of I-Incomplete from Fall.

3/22/2010 Fourth Spring Enrollment Certification run for transmission to the Clearinghouse.
3/22/2010-4/2/2010 Academic Progress Reports are available on the web for instructors, and APR information must be entered on the web by 4/02/10.
3/26/2010 Deficiency Lists for bachelor and medical degree candidates are due in the RO.
4/2/2010 Deadline for instructors to enter APR information on the web.
4/9/2010 Final date to initiate withdrawal from the University.
4/9/2010 Degree candidates notified of holds.
4/9/2010 Deadline for instructors to enter APR information on the web.
4/30/2010 Classes end for Spring semester 2010
5/1/2010 On-line grading available to instructors (by 10 a.m.)
5/3/2010-5/7/2010 Final Exams for Spring
5/7/2010 Final Spring Enrollment Certification run for transmission to the Clearinghouse.
5/7/2010-5/9/2010 Commencements
5/11/2010 All grades are due by 4 p.m. Grades not reported by 4 p.m. can not be included in end-of-semester official University reporting.
5/12/2010 ASUS Reports ready for pickup.
5/14/2010 Final Certifications for graduate degree candidates are due in the RO.
5/14/2010 Deadline for graduate degree candidates to turn in theses/dissertations to The Graduate School for Spring 2010.
