4/2/2004 Scheduled Enrollment begins for Fall 2004 and Spring 2005.
5/1/2004 Open Enrollment begins for Fall 2004 and Spring 2005.
6/12/2004-7/25/2004 Enrollment system is not available to returning undergraduate, Agric. Tech. and Vet. Tech. students while Academic Orientation Program is in progress
8/27/2004 Summer AOP students may begin to adjust Fall and Spring enrollment schedule.
11/11/2004 Preliminary Graduate Assistantship lists for Spring due in the Registrar`s Office.
11/12/2004 Currently enrolled students who have not enrolled for Spring by 8 p.m. are subject to a $50 late enrollment fee.
11/15/2004 Initial tuition billing statements for Spring available on STUINFO. (Paper bills will no longer be mailed.)
12/10/2004 Initial minimum tuition and fee payment is due for Spring 2005--$50 ($20 for amounts due of $0 - $100) late fee is assessed after this date.
1/7/2005 Recess/Dismiss lists from Fall due from A/A Deans to the Registrar`s Office.
1/10/2005 Late enrollment fee ($100) begins for first-time Spring enrollees.
1/10/2005 Classes begin for Spring 2005
1/14/2005 Open add period ends for Spring at 8 p.m.
1/14/2005 Degree candidates for Spring or Summer should apply for graduation by this date -- see www.reg.msu.edu
1/14/2005 Last day to change to or from CR/NC or Visitor for Spring--must be done in Registrar`s Office by 5 p.m.
1/17/2005 Martin Luther King Jr. Day observed. Classes are cancelled, but the University is open.
2/3/2005 Deficiency Lists and Final Certification forms delivered.
2/4/2005 End of tuition refund period for Spring full semester--no refund after this date (1/4 of semester). Check with Registrar`s Office for sub-term deadlines.
2/7/2005-2/18/2005 Academic Progress Reports available on the web to instructors. APR information must be entered by February 18.
2/10/2005 Final Degree Listings distributed for Fall.
2/25/2005 Approximate date that Commencement information will be sent to Graduate degree candidates for Spring and Summer.
3/2/2005 Close of online drops for Spring--8 p.m.
3/2/2005 MIDDLE of Spring semester. Last day for withdrawal or dropping courses with no grade reported. $200 late enrollment fee assessed after this date for first time enrollees. Final date to report completion of I-Incomplete from Fall.
3/7/2005-3/11/2005 Spring Break -- no classes
3/11/2005 Approximate date that Commencement information will be sent to Undergraduate degree candidates for Spring and Summer.
3/14/2005 Scheduled Enrollment for Summer 2005 begins
3/18/2005 Deficiency Lists for bachelor and medical degree candidates are due in the Registrar`s Office.
3/21/2005-4/1/2005 Academic Progress Reports available on the web to instructors. APR information must be entered by April 1.
4/1/2005 Enrollment for Fall 2005 and Spring 2006 begins.
4/1/2005 Final date to initiate withdrawal from the University for Spring.
4/1/2005 Degree candidates are notified of holds.
4/18/2005 Initial billing statement for Summer 2005 available on STUINFO. Paper bills will not be mailed.
4/29/2005 Classes end for Spring 2005
4/30/2005-5/10/2005 Online grading available to instructors by 10 a.m., April 30, through 4 p.m., May 10. Grades not reported by 4 p.m. May 10, can not be included in end of semester official University reporting. (See Grade Reporting Schedule in Instructor Systems.)
5/2/2005-5/6/2005 Final Exams for Spring 2005
5/4/2005 Initial minimum tuition and fee payment for Summer 2005 due ($50 late fee assessed after this date).
5/6/2005-5/8/2005 Commencements for Spring 2005
5/11/2005 ASUS Reports ready for pickup.
5/13/2005 Final Certifications for graduate degree candidates due in RO
6/9/2005 Final Degree Listings distributed for Spring semester.
