4/1/2005 Scheduled Enrollment begins for Fall 2005 and Spring 2006.
4/30/2005 Open Enrollment begins for Fall 2005 and Spring 2006.
6/10/2005 Currently enrolled undergraduate, Agric. Technology, and Vet. Technology students who have not enrolled by 8 pm are subject to a $50 late enrollment fee.
6/11/2005-7/24/2005 Enrollment system is not available to returning undergraduate, Agric. Technology, and Vet. Technology students while AOP is in progress.
7/15/2005 Preliminary Graduate Assistantship list due in RO
7/22/2005 Currently enrolled graduate, professional students. and fifth-year teacher interns who have not enrolled by 8 pm are subject to a $50 late enrollment fee.
7/23/2005-7/24/2005 The Enrollment system is not available July 23-24.
7/25/2005 Initial tuition billing statements for Fall are available electronically on STUINFO (no paper bills mailed)
8/11/2005 Initial minimum tuition & fee payment due for Fall 2005 - $50 ($20 for amounts due of $0-$100) late fee is assessed after this date.
8/19/2005 First Enrollment Certification run for transmission to Clearinghouse.
8/22/2005 New freshmen and transfer students attending an AUGUST orientation can move into residence halls beginning at 8 a.m. (should confirm arrival plans with hall manager prior to arrival.)
8/24/2005 New freshmen and transfer students who attended orientation in JUNE or JULY can move into residence halls beginning at 8 a.m.
8/24/2005-8/29/2005 New students who had ID pictures taken at AOP can pick up ID Cards in their residence hall if living on campus, or in the International Center if living off campus. Dates = 8/24, 25, 26, 29 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
8/24/2005-8/29/2005 New students who did not have an ID picture taken at AOP can do so in the International Center on 8/24, 25, 26, or 29 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
8/25/2005 Returning students can move into residence halls beginning at 8 a.m.
8/26/2005 Recess/Dismiss lists from Summer semester due from A/A Deans to RO.
8/26/2005 Summer AOP students may begin to adjust Fall and Spring enrollment schedules.
8/29/2005 Late enrollment fee ($100) begins for first-time enrollees.
8/29/2005 Classes begin for Fall 2005
9/2/2005 Degree candidates for Fall should apply for graduation by this date on the web at www.reg.msu.edu
9/2/2005 On-line open add period ends at 8 p.m.
9/2/2005 Last day to change to or from CR/NC or Visitor--must be done in the Registrar`s Office by 5 p.m.
9/2/2005 Second Enrollment Certification run for transmission to Clearinghouse.
9/5/2005 Labor Day -- University closed.
9/22/2005 Deficiency Lists and Final Certification forms delivered to colleges.
9/22/2005 End of tuition refund period -- no refund after this date (1/4 of semester).
9/23/2005 Final Degree Listings distributed for Summer semester.
9/26/2005-10/7/2005 Academic Progress Reports available on the web to instructors. APR information must be entered by 10/7.
10/7/2005 Approximate date that Commencement invitation will be sent to GRADUATE degree candidates and information about participation (for degree candidates and families) will be available at www.commencement.msu.edu
10/18/2005 Third Enrollment Certification run for transmission to Clearinghouse.
10/18/2005 MIDDLE OF TERM: Last day for withdrawal or dropping courses with no grade reported. $200 late enrollment fee assessed after this date for first time enrollees. Final date to report completion of I-incomplete from Spring or Summer.
10/18/2005 Close of on-line drops for Fall -- 8 p.m.
10/21/2005 Approximate date that Commencement invitation will be sent to Undergraduate degree candidates and information about participation (for degree candidates and families) will be available on the web at www.commencement.msu.edu
11/4/2005 Deficiency Lists for bachelor & professional degree candidates due in the RO.
11/7/2005-11/18/2005 Academic Progress Reports available on the web to instructors. APR information must be entered by 11/18.

11/24/2005-11/25/2005 Thanksgiving holiday observed -- University closed.
12/9/2005 Fourth Enrollment Certification run for transmission to Clearinghouse.
12/9/2005 Classes end for Fall 2005
12/9/2005-12/10/2005 Commencements for Fall 2005
12/10/2005-12/20/2005 On-line grading available to instructors for full term courses 10 am 12/10 through 4 pm 12/20. Grades not reported by 4 pm can not be included in term end official University reporting. Other subterm grades are due 4 pm 5 days after the class ends.
12/12/2005-12/16/2005 Final Exams for Fall 2005
12/16/2005 Final Certifications for graduate degree candidates due in RO.
12/21/2005 All Fall 2005 grades available on STUINFO BY THIS DATE.
12/23/2005-12/26/2005 Holiday observed -- University closed.
12/30/2005-1/2/2006 Holiday observed -- University closed.
1/6/2006 Recess/Dismiss lists from Fall semester are due in RO from A/A Deans.
